Assisted living includes emergency response systems, daily check-ins, medication management, and help with bathing, dressing, getting in and out of bed and getting to meals.

Lilac Trace Memory Care serves people with Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia and Parkinson's disease dementia, with dementia-trained caregivers, personalized wellness plans and medication management.

Independent living offers 12 floor plans from one-bedroom, one-bath to three-bedroom, two-bath, with full kitchens, granite countertops, convection ovens and a washer and dryer in each apartment. All apartments are pet-friendly.
Assisted living apartments are studios and one-bedrooms with kitchenettes, a walk-in shower, daily bed making, weekly laundry service, housekeeping and utilities.
Memory care apartments are studios in four floor plans, with a walk-in shower, laundry service, housekeeping and 12-foot ceilings.

Dining includes The Manor House, with country club-style service and linen, and The Bistro for quick made-to-order meals. The executive chef leads scratch cooking.
