Nursing capabilities include IV fluids and IV antibiotics, vascular access device care, ostomy care, surgical drain management, negative pressure wound management and G-tube and J-tube management.

Specialized support includes insulin pumps and blood sugar monitoring, bariatric management, prosthetic management, TPN maintenance with a registered dietitian on site, and hospice, palliative and end-of-life management.

Orthopedic rehabilitation includes range of motion and strengthening programs, gait, balance and stair training, and activities of daily living training, with therapy evaluations typically completed within the first few days of admission.

Joint-specific programs cover hip, knee and spine rehabilitation, with education for residents and caregivers on safe movement and long-term joint protection.

On-site consultation services include physiatry, pulmonology, behavioral health therapy, nephrology, audiology, podiatry, dental and optometry.

Clinical programming includes cardio-pulmonary, Parkinson, peritoneal dialysis and Alzheimer programming.

From admission, the interdisciplinary team works with residents and families on discharge planning, and Social Services arranges post-discharge services such as home nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy as needed.
