Independent living has alcove studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from 600 to 1,322 sq. ft. Villas have one or two bedrooms, some with a den, with private patios and gourmet kitchens.
Building, residence and grounds maintenance and housekeeping services are provided, so residents are free of home upkeep.

Chefs prepare meals using locally sourced ingredients, and residents dine with friends and neighbors in an elegant dining room.
