Three layouts are available: a standard one-bedroom room, a private studio and a private suite with a separate sitting area.
Apartments have ADA-compliant bathrooms, accessible showers, individual air conditioning units, pocket doors and motion-sensor lighting.
About 90 percent of rooms are private, and many overlook the courtyard.

Three meals a day plus snacks are served in two dining rooms, and one all-inclusive rate covers room and board, care services, meals, activities and housekeeping.
Activities & connection
A monthly calendar offers three to four activities each day, with holiday celebrations, birthday parties, and cultural and spiritual support.
Activities include bingo, movie nights in the theater, live music some evenings, Friday happy hour and day trips to the beach and the mall.
An Adopt a Grandparent program connects residents with local schools.

Shared spaces include a theater, salon, game room, dance room, five lounges, a gym, an activities room and a conference room for family meetings.
The community has a transportation van, a 24/7 front desk and an on-site salon, and pets up to 10 pounds are welcome.
