Nursing care is provided by RNs, LPNs and CNAs. Skilled services include medication administration, laboratory work, intravenous therapy, skin treatment, tube feedings and medical condition monitoring.

A geriatric nurse practitioner works with attending physicians, a medical director provides oversight, and primary care physicians visit residents regularly on site.

Physical therapy covers gait and balance assessment, wheelchair positioning, endurance exercises and range of motion. Occupational therapy trains daily living skills such as grooming, dressing and feeding, and speech pathology supports swallowing, cognitive training and language.

Restorative nursing helps residents maintain walking, range of motion and eating skills between active therapy and routine assistance.

All resident rooms are private and include a half bathroom with a private sink, an adjustable medical bed, a personal wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable, an in-house phone system and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Portable and ceiling lifts are available.

Three meals a day are included, and snacks and beverages are available at all times. There are two dining rooms, and the library can be reserved for private dining.

Therapeutic diets such as renal, low salt and NCS are overseen by a registered dietitian, and altered texturing is available.

Life enrichment activities and community outings are conducted by the facility.

The campus has a barber and beauty shop, a courtyard with walking paths, two bath houses and a shower house.

A therapy gym has equipment to support physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation goals.

An active call light system and a SMART fire alarm system are in place, and wheelchair-accessible medical transportation is included.
