Assisted living pairs a private apartment with personal care and health care. The health services package includes an initial assessment with an individualized care plan, personal care staff on duty 24 hours a day and a personal pendant with 24-hour response.

Assisted Living Plus provides higher levels of assisted living and 24-hour personal care, which may include diabetes and oxygen management, two-person transfer assistance and mobility assistance.

The new health care center offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care and hospice care. It has a registered nurse on site around the clock, physical, occupational and speech therapy, and a therapy gym.

Assisted living apartments come as studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom homes ranging from 414 to 789 square feet. Each has a private bath with grab bars and a walk-in shower, a full-size kitchen or kitchenette, and individual climate controls.

Skilled nursing suites are private or semi-private, each with a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Assisted living residents receive a daily continental breakfast plus dinner and supper, served in the dining room, and snacks and beverages are available daily.

Residents can join social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs, including events, entertainment, Bible studies, classes and exercise classes. Trips to local restaurants and attractions are planned with community transportation.

A staff chaplain is available for residents, families and staff, and non-denominational worship services are held.

Amenities include lounges, sunrooms, a beauty salon and barber shop, and outdoor patios and gardens. Small pets are welcome.

Apartment rent includes all utilities except private landline phone service, basic Wi-Fi throughout the community, satellite television with over 45 channels, weekly light housekeeping and a weekly linen change.
