The apartments offer customized services based on individualized nursing evaluations, a scheduled RN consultation, and 24-hour professional staff.

Care Center residents stay in private or semi-private rooms, with open visiting hours and personal laundry and linen services.
The independent and assisted living apartments are for ages 62 and older. Each unit has a washer and dryer, and utilities include cable TV, internet and phone, with weekly housekeeping and routine maintenance.

Care Center residents receive three chef-prepared meals daily. Apartment residents receive a daily continental breakfast and 30 meals per month to use at noon or in the evening.
