Everett Transitional Care Services is a partnership of Bethany of the Northwest, Regional Medical Center and Swedish Edmonds Hospital. It helps people who no longer need hospital care move to the next level of care in Snohomish County. The program occupies the 4th and 5th floors of its building in Everett, Washington, and has 62 beds.

Care & support
Care includes 24-hour skilled nursing, short-term sub-acute care, complex medical care, hospice and palliative care, wound care with a certified wound specialist, and pain management.
Therapy services include occupational, physical and restorative therapy, speech and swallow therapy, and surgical and stroke rehabilitation.
Clinical services include IV hydration and medication, oxygen therapy, wound vac therapy, bedside X-ray and ultrasound, pharmacist consultation and a registered dietician. The community is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
Social services and discharge planning are provided, including evaluation of the patient, discussion with the family, referrals to community support organizations and arranging follow-up appointments or tests.

Chapel services are offered with a chaplain on staff, and the community has an activities director.
