Assisted living is provided in a residential setting for residents who need help with activities of daily living, and it is available to both residents and nonresidents of the community.
Memory support is provided through the Immerse program, a memory support philosophy and practice developed by HumanGood.
Short-stay rehabilitation offers physical, occupational and speech therapy for people recovering from a hospital stay, with an on-site gym, private suites with private bathrooms and patios, and 24/7 assistance.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living homes include garden one-bedroom apartments, one- and two-bedroom apartments, cottage homes and single-family homes. Apartments have full kitchens and most have balconies or patios.
Monthly services include a flexible dining program, housekeeping and linen service, home maintenance, lawn and landscaping, utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
Pets are welcome, though some breed and weight restrictions may apply.

A restaurant-style dining room serves chef-prepared meals made from scratch with fresh ingredients, and a flexible dining program lets residents use dining points when they choose.
Activities & connection
Fitness programs include aquatic exercise, balance classes, tai chi, yoga and personal training. Resident groups include a walking club, book club, garden club and woodworkers group.
Excursions go to San Diego, theaters, concerts, the Carlsbad flower fields and restaurants, and the calendar also includes lectures, music concerts, happy hours and spiritual gatherings.
Shared spaces & amenities
Campus amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, an indoor heated pool, a community garden, a resident clubhouse and activity center, a woodworking shop, game rooms, a library and a hair salon.
Complimentary resident parking is available, along with 24/7 security and emergency response.
