Care & support
Long-term skilled nursing is provided by certified and licensed staff to individuals who need significant help with activities of daily living, and the community also offers residential care and memory care.
Short-term rehabilitation includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, delivered by a multidisciplinary team to help residents recover after illness, injury or surgery.
Home care partners deliver non-medical, non-emergency services in independent living apartments, such as medication reminders, personal care assistance, escorts to appointments, light housekeeping, laundry, errands and companionship.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living offers recently remodeled or customizable one and two-bedroom apartments from 550 to 1735 square feet, many with outdoor balconies. The monthly fee covers utilities except phone, cable television, Wi-Fi, and maintenance of the apartment, common areas and grounds.
Applicants to independent living must be 55 or older and provide a physician's report indicating they can live independently. Guest rooms are available for friends and family.
Dining & meals
A full-service restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with daily specials, theme nights, a private dining room by reservation, to-go meals and room service. The Park 2909 Bistro & Lounge offers light plates, a full bar, and indoor and balcony seating.
Activities & connection
A full-time Wellness Director leads strength and balance classes, chair yoga and advanced yoga, and develops individualized fitness programs. The pool offers aqua fitness classes, and a 50-seat theater shows movies.
Shared spaces & amenities
Amenities include a fitness center with TechnoGym equipment, a warm therapy pool and a spa open to residents 24 hours daily, an art gallery, a wood shop, a library, a game room and a computer lab.
The twelfth-floor Penthouse has a party room, full kitchen, shuffleboard and sun deck and can be reserved for private parties. Other features include indoor and outdoor walking tracks, ten acres of green space, a beauty and barber salon, and community and individual gardening spaces.
Off-street parking, detached garages and attached heated garages are available, along with valet parking during specified hours and a scheduled weekly grocery shopping trip. The building has a 24-hour emergency response system and a back-up generator.
