Independent living homes range from one-bedroom residences to three-bedroom, three-bath Garden Homes. One- and two-bedroom residences come with washer/dryers, walk-in closets, screened porches and full kitchens.

Assisted living residences in Palm Court are private, with open layouts, private bathrooms and kitchenettes, plus an emergency call system. Two options are the Traditional at 573 square feet and the Grand at 849 square feet.

Private rooms in the health services center each have their own private bathroom.

The independent living service package covers interior, exterior and seasonal maintenance, weekly housekeeping and linen service, utilities excluding phone and internet, 24-hour security and an emergency response pendant system.

Assisted living includes housekeeping, laundry, transportation and wellness programs, and scheduled transportation covers outings such as doctor appointments and family occasions.

Pets are welcome in assisted living, and independent living welcomes residents 62 and older.

Palm Court assisted living residents have their own activities calendar, and independent living has a full social calendar with outings.

The community sits on a 76-acre gated campus with outdoor spaces filled with palm trees, fruit trees and flowers, and its peacocks are a local feature.

Independent living residents have a fitness center and heated outdoor pool, and the community has back-up generators in case of power loss.

The one-story neighborhood is walkable, with no elevators, long hallways or tight spaces.

The community is minutes from Palmetto Bay Golf Course, Matheson Hammock, Southland Mall and Zoo Miami, and Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes north.

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in Kendall, is a short drive away, and Jackson South Community Hospital is also nearby.
