Care & support
Staff help with bathing and dressing, grooming and hygiene, and medication and treatment assistance, and also help manage challenges due to early memory loss.
Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and staff coordinate transportation for medical appointments.
Personalized service plans are reviewed regularly. Service needs are evaluated before move-in and at least every 90 days afterward.
Rooms & living spaces
The 42 apartments are studio and one-bedroom units, each with a kitchenette, a private bathroom and individually controlled heat and air conditioning.
Apartments have a wheelchair accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, an emergency call system, spacious closets, large windows, and lines for private telephones and cable television.
Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services are provided, with 24-hour on-site staff.
Dining & meals
Residents receive three meals a day served restaurant style in the dining room, with a snack bar open around the clock and a fresh salad bar at the noon meal.
The Dining Services Director is a chef by training, and a 365-day menu cycle provides variety.
Special meals are prepared for modified or medical diets ordered by a physician, such as small frequent meals, no added salt, reduced or no sugar, and simple textural modifications.
Activities & connection
Staff offer supervision and support with exercise, games and crafts, walks and outings, music and movies. Activities are based on individual and group interests.
Residents receive a monthly newsletter listing the upcoming activities.
Shared spaces & amenities
Amenities include raised garden beds, landscaped grounds with walking paths, a fireplace for gathering, a full barber shop and beauty salon, and a handicap-accessible community van for outings.
Pets are welcome with pre-approval.
