Skilled nursing is available around the clock, seven days a week, with individualized care plans.
Post-acute rehabilitation includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Therapy goals include strength, mobility, safe transfers, daily skills, communication, cognition and swallowing.
The facility provides wound care, including care for diabetic arterial or venous ulcers and pressure ulcers, as well as IV therapy, post-surgical care and wound vacs.

All 70 rooms are private, with private bathrooms and showers. The facility has two wings with 35 rooms in each.

Social workers provide information to patients and families, help with care and discharge planning, and support communication among the facility, families and patients.
