Assisted Living staff help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and eating, and provide medication management.
Assisted Living includes 24-hour monitoring and licensed nursing staff on site.
Assisted Living also includes three chef-prepared meals each day and a 24-hour emergency call-and-response system.

Independent Living flats are condo-style homes, with six residences per floor and floor plans starting at 1,000 square feet.
Sample layouts include the Baltic, with one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and a den, and the Kashmir, with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a den.
Independent Living residences have full-size washers and dryers; apartments also have covered outdoor living spaces.
Assisted Living offers private one-bedroom, one-bath suites with a large walk-in closet.
Couples occupancy is available in Assisted Living, and pets are welcome.

Scheduled transportation is available for shopping, appointments and entertainment.

Residents can choose full-service dining at Café ‘13 or a quick bite from the bistro. The dining team prepares food from scratch.
A monthly meal-credit plan allows flexible use, including guest meals in the private dining room or takeout.

The activity calendar includes Bible studies, chapel services, interfaith gatherings and fitness classes.
