Lee Living packages can include help with dressing and grooming, mobility, bathing, meal reminders and daily staff check-ins, and assisted living services can be delivered to a resident's own apartment.
Memory care is provided in the Morris Apartments, where staff attend to the specialized needs of individuals with memory loss. The program offers individualized attention in a family-style setting with an open kitchen and living room.
Long-term care follows a Person-Centered Care approach and is offered in three different households.
Short-term rehabilitation is provided at Shaw Rehab for people recovering from surgery, illness or injury, with a goal of returning them home.
Rooms & living spaces
Floor plans include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Layouts vary from kitchenettes to full kitchens, and some include a balcony or patio, a dressing room or a washer and dryer.
Independent living includes apartment maintenance, weekly housekeeping, linens changed every other week, utilities including Wi-Fi and cable TV, and a personal emergency pendant.
Floor plans can be customized based on individual needs.
Dining & meals
Dining is prepared by an Executive Chef with flexible options, and the dining staff emphasizes nutritious meals and menu choices.
Independent living residents can choose a continental breakfast delivered to the apartment or a hot breakfast in the dining room.
Assisted living services include three meals daily with menu options.
Activities & connection
Residents can take part in learning, volunteering, arts, entertainment and wellness programs, along with games, movie nights and outings around town.
A Director of Life Enrichment leads engagement, and monthly activity, wellness and special events calendars are published for the community and its care households.
The community hosts a monthly Caregiver Support Group, co-sponsored with the Caregiver Assistance Network, on the nearby Deupree House campus.
Shared spaces & amenities
Amenities include fitness facilities, an indoor swimming pool and spa, a chapel with a spiritual services team, a convenience store, and wellness programs.
Three connected courtyards have raised resident gardens, fountains and walking paths, and an active resident council gives residents a voice.
