Care & support
Neville Place partners with the Cambridge Health Alliance House Calls Program for onsite nurse practitioner and doctor visits, which take place once a week or by appointment.
Greater Boston Long Term Care Pharmacy provides pharmacy services to residents with monthly medication deliveries, so residents do not have to travel to pick up prescriptions.
Visiting nurse and speech, physical and occupational therapy providers come to the community as needed, and vision, dental and podiatry providers also serve residents. Hospice partners provide onsite palliative, hospice and bereavement support.
When a resident goes to the hospital or rehab, the nursing team communicates with case managers during the discharge process. Residents choose their own healthcare providers and can keep the ones they already see.
The Compass Memory Support Neighborhood serves residents with memory loss through social interventions and programming built around each person's background and routines. The community has received Purple Flag for Dementia accreditation.
Rooms & living spaces
Assisted living residents choose a private studio or a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, private bath, large windows and high ceilings. Many apartments overlook Fresh Pond.
Apartments have a walk-in shower with safety grab bars, an emergency alert system, individual thermostat control, a refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven and cooktop.
The Compass Memory Support Neighborhood offers private studios and companion suites, all on the first floor.

Activities & connection
EnrichedLIFE programming covers arts and music, fitness, spiritual activities and time in nature, with popular programs including Art Matters, Piano Bar, Forever Fit and yoga classes.
