Care & support
For short-term rehabilitation, the clinical team creates custom plans focused on strength, mobility and independence. Therapy is provided seven days a week in a large, private therapy room.
Rehabilitation and post-acute services include physician services; occupational, physical, cardiac and speech therapy; post-surgical orthopedic care; stroke recovery; hip repair and joint-replacement recovery; amputee recovery and training; off-site dialysis; and bariatric rehabilitation.
Long-term care services listed include pain management, specialized diets, restorative nursing, diabetes and respiratory management, tracheostomy care, internal nutrition therapy, comfort and palliative care, hospice, complex medical care, IV antibiotic therapy, and wound care and wound VAC.
The team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse aides. Specialty physicians include podiatrists, ophthalmologists and cardiologists, and staff communicate in a number of languages.
