Independent living offers one- or two-bedroom apartments with full-sized kitchens, including a refrigerator, microwave, electric range and dishwasher.

In most independent living apartments, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. Apartment appliance, building and grounds maintenance and utilities—including water, electricity, heating and air conditioning—are included. Most homes also have a balcony, bay window, patio or screened-in porch.

Assisted living apartments are private and have a full kitchen, private bathroom and step-in shower.

Memory care residences include spacious one-bedroom apartments and companion suites. Both have full-sized kitchens with appliances and utilities including water, electricity, heating and air conditioning.

Residents can dine at the Seasons restaurant, which serves three chef-prepared meals each day. The menu includes traditional favorites and seasonal fresh food.

Daily events, activities and groups include educational programs and concerts. The community describes itself as a place for lifelong learners.

Amenities include walking paths, community gardens, libraries, a beauty salon and barber shop, a swim spa, an exercise room and heated underground parking.
