Registered staff are on site seven days a week, and nurse consultation services include health assessments, medication profiles and care plans, and referrals to care support agencies.
Suites include a 24-hour emergency response system, and the residence provides 24-hour staffing.
Medication reminders and companionship and personal care support are offered as optional services, some for an additional fee.

Suites come as studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, each with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the surrounding parkland.
Each suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, an oversized kitchenette and an apartment-sized fridge.
