Bonnie Place II is a 6-storey building with 82 one-bedroom apartments with balconies, offered at low market rent set at 80% of market rent in Burlington.
Everyday life
Tenants organize and take part in events such as potluck parties and sidewalk sales. The community hosts a spring BBQ for all tenants and a Christmas dinner in December.
