Long term care includes 156 beds, three of which are priority access beds for qualifying veterans.
An on-site physiotherapy team includes a full-time registered physiotherapist and a part-time physiotherapy assistant, and services are provided on referral after an assessment.
Pastoral care includes palliative care visits, spiritual programs and emotional support for residents and families.
Contracted services include foot care, dental care, optometry, auditory service, hairdressing and oxygen therapy.
The Day and Stay Program offers a day program, an afternoon program and an overnight stay program for people with dementia who live in Brantford and Brant County, with door-to-door transportation for the day and afternoon programs.
Rooms & living spaces
The home has six resident home areas, and each is staffed to meet the care level of the residents who live there.
Room types are basic (two beds with a shared bathroom), semi-private (two rooms connected by a shared bathroom) and private (a private room with a private bathroom).
Bell Lane Terrace has one bachelor-sized, 21 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments, 18 of which are rent-geared-to-income.

Daily laundering of clothing is included in the monthly room rate, and bed linen, wash cloths and towels are provided.
Visitors are welcome at any time, and sign in and out at the front door.
A resident trust account can be set up on admission to pay for services such as hairdressing, foot care and recreation trips.

Meals are prepared daily on site and served in a dining room setting with two choices, and beverages and snacks are offered between meals and at bedtime.
Regular, modified texture and therapeutic diets are offered, and a registered dietitian assesses each resident on admission.

Recreation programs run on all home areas seven days a week, including pub night, coffee time, outings, horticulture, music, trivia, exercise, shuffleboard and bowling.
A non-denominational worship service is held in the chapel each Sunday morning, along with regular services of various denominations.

The sunny Skylight Cafe inside the front entrance sells snacks and beverages, and residents receive complimentary coffee and tea.
A family lounge and meeting rooms are available on the home areas for visits.
