Care & support
Each resident's care plan begins with a discussion led by the Wellness Director before arrival, and the plan can change as needs change. Care is delivered in the resident's suite.
Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers assist with care programs, including medication counseling or management, blood pressure monitoring, nutrition and dietary needs, and diabetes management. Additional services can be purchased.
Each resident can also have a Personalized Wellness Plan that addresses social, intellectual, physical and care needs.
Rooms & living spaces
Suites are studios of about 400 square feet, one-bedroom suites (with den) of about 482 to 740 square feet, and two-bedroom suites of about 696 to 1,037 square feet.
Each suite has a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, freezer and microwave, customizable closets, and individual control of heating and air conditioning. Suites are pre-wired for cable and internet.
Weekly housekeeping is provided, and complimentary laundry rooms are available on each floor. Trial stays let prospective residents experience the community before moving in.
Dining & meals
Dining options include a full-service dining room, room service to the suite and a self-serve bistro with fresh fruit and baked goods throughout the day. A private dining room is available for special occasions.
Baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea and juices are available around the clock, along with a snack fridge. The kitchen accommodates most dietary restrictions, food allergies and diabetic meals, and holds monthly themed dinners.
