Assisted living offers an on-site nurse and caring staff, with help based on individual needs that may include medication management and support with bathing or dressing. A Health & Wellness Manager assesses care needs before move-in.

The Care Assist program offers à la carte wellness services and all-inclusive care packages, so residents can add or remove services. Staff are on site 24/7 and each suite has a call bell system.

Care Assist services include medication management, bathing or showering assistance, continence care, meal assistance and oxygen management. Partners provide lab and pharmacy services within the community.

Independent living suites have one or two bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, in-suite air-conditioning, an individual thermostat and a personal mailbox. Utilities, cable TV, telephone and Wi-Fi are included.

The two-bedroom senior townhomes offer 1,663 square feet with a private garage and patio, year-round groundskeeping and all utilities included. They are located beside the main residence.

The community is pet friendly, and suites have been newly renovated.

Three nutritious chef-prepared meals are served daily in the dining room, and a terrace offers al fresco dining overlooking the Dale Estate grounds.

A craft kitchen gives residents a place to bake, cook and share favourite recipes with neighbours.

The life enrichment program covers six dimensions of wellness and includes fitness classes, billiards and shuffleboard, movies in the home theatre, hobby groups and social gatherings. Participation is optional.

On-site amenities include a fitness centre, home theatre, lounges, a putting green, a craft kitchen, a library, a terrace and a hair salon, along with a communal garden and landscaped gardens.

The community is a short walk from Main Street and the Rose Theatre, with City Hall, Duggan Park, shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. Brampton Civic Hospital is also close by.
