Memory support programming serves people with varying levels of memory loss, from mild cognitive impairment to later stages of dementia, with multi-track programming running through the day and a high staff-to-resident ratio.
The community brings in visiting physicians, mental health services, physical and occupational therapy, and onsite primary care through Gather Health. A pharmacy partner provides medication packaging and delivery to the community.
Hospice, palliative and bereavement support are offered through partner providers, and the wellness team coordinates with hospitals and case managers when a resident needs care outside the community.
Short-term and trial stays include all the services and amenities available to permanent residents.
Rooms & living spaces
Residents can choose a companion suite, a private studio apartment or a waterview studio with views of Carson Beach and Dorchester Bay.
Apartments have a walk-in shower, an emergency alert system, individual thermostat control, housekeeping and linen services, and cable TV, internet and phone wiring. Kitchenettes are in select studios.

The Reconnections adult learning program has residents explore a weekly course topic through presentations that may include music, visual arts, cuisine, discussion and technology. Programming also includes social engagement, physical fitness and the arts.

Amenities include an on-site salon with haircuts, shaves and coloring, a country kitchen and an outdoor courtyard.
