Care & support
As a Life Plan Community, the campus provides a continuum of care, including assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing, so residents can stay on one campus if their needs change.
Assisted living is provided in a personalized residential setting and is open to both residents of the community and people from outside it.
Memory support follows the Immerse program, a memory care approach developed by HumanGood and delivered in neighborhoods designed to preserve each person's dignity and individuality.
Short-stay rehabilitation serves people recovering from a hospital stay, with physical, occupational and speech therapy, multiple therapy gyms, and a physician and registered nurse available around the clock.
Rooms & living spaces
Independent living is offered in apartments and single-level cottage homes. Apartments have patios or balconies, and the cottage homes include two-car attached garages and private patios.
Short-stay rehabilitation uses a house model, with each house built around an open living room, dining room and kitchen, and only 16 private suites with baths per house.
Everyday life
Pets are welcome in independent living, though some breed and weight restrictions may apply.
Dining & meals
Dining venues include a fireside dining restaurant, a casual bistro and The Oak pub, with chef-prepared meals and a flexible dining points program for independent living residents.
Activities & connection
Programs include fitness classes such as line dancing, balance, tai chi and yoga, live musical performances, technology classes, lectures with Boise State University, book clubs and card groups.
Regular excursions go to concerts, theaters, museums, wine tastings and local restaurants, and residents also lead discussion groups and join resident committees.
Shared spaces & amenities
Campus amenities include a fitness center, community gardens with raised planters, a quilting studio, a theater room, a resident-run library, club rooms, a billiards and ping-pong room, a resident store, a full-service salon and spa, a wellness center and a dog park.
Independent living services include utilities with high-speed internet and cable TV, biweekly housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, a 24-hour concierge, transportation to shopping and appointments, private storage and underground parking.
Location & getting around
