Care and assistance includes medication assistance, shower and bathing assistance, dressing and personal appearance assistance, toileting needs, and escort assistance to and from the dining room and activities.

Certified Nursing Assistants and caregivers provide 24-hour staffing to assist and monitor each resident's health, such as blood pressure, blood sugar and weight. A Registered Nurse completes regular assessments and medication reviews.

The care team includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Medication Technicians. Apartments have a two-way voice intercom to the nurse's station, and in-house services such as doctor, therapist, dentist or lab visits are scheduled for residents.

Apartments are available as studios, deluxe studios, one-bedrooms, large one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, with large closets and storage shelves. Utilities, cable TV and Wifi internet are included.

Residents also have access to covered parking and private patios.

Services included are weekly personal laundry service, weekly housekeeping and daily trash removal.

Transportation to local medical appointments is provided, typically within a 10-mile radius. The Grace bus also takes residents on day trips, shopping trips and restaurant outings with the Lunch Bunch group.

Three dietitian-approved meals and snacks are served daily in a dining room with full service. Meals are planned by a professional chef and prepared and served by trained staff.

A private dining room is available for special occasions and family birthday parties.

Weekly social, educational, spiritual and recreational activities are offered. An activity director arranges jigsaw puzzles, bingo, table games, cards, crafts, ice cream socials, holiday celebrations and musical performances.

Residents can watch movies in the community theater, which has lounge chairs and a popcorn machine, and play pool and other games in the activity rooms.

Community amenities include a salon with a beautician, barber, foot clinic and private spa bath, along with a bistro, library, walking paths, movie theatre and exercise room.

An outdoor courtyard has raised garden beds and pet-friendly spaces, and the grounds are landscaped and regularly maintained. Fireplace lounges give residents and visiting families places to gather.

The community is on a single level with no stairs. The Grace bus has motorized lifts for wheelchairs, and suite bathrooms have safety bars and roll-in showers.
