Assisted living services can be delivered right in a resident's apartment when needed, so residents can stay in their home without moving. Care services are in addition to rent.
An emergency alert response system is part of the in-home features.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartments come in a variety of floor plans with wood-style flooring, full-sized kitchens, laundry, and a patio or balcony.
In-home features include gas fireplaces, full-sized kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and centralized air conditioning and heat. Pets are welcome.
Monthly rent includes weekly housekeeping and linen service, all utilities and basic cable television, and a reserved space in the garage with valet parking.
Dining & meals
Toscano is a full-service restaurant with an open kitchen and patio dining, and Ashwood serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and offers wine, beer, cocktails and happy hour.
Anytime dining is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, with table service and accommodations for many dietary needs. Rent includes two chef-prepared meals per day per resident, plus a complimentary breakfast buffet Monday through Friday.
Activities & connection
The fitness center includes personal training services, and daily exercise classes led by a personal trainer are included in rent. A calendar of cultural, educational and social events is also part of residency.
Shared spaces & amenities
On-site amenities include a beauty salon and barber shop, a media lounge, a library, a club room and a movie theater.
Technology programs include Connected Living, an online portal where residents and families can see activity calendars and menus, along with the Eversound listening system for residents with hearing impairment and iN2L engagement content.
