Housing includes twenty semi-detached garden homes and four three- and four-story apartment buildings with 264 one- and two-bedroom suites.
Floor plans range from one-bedroom suites of about 633 square feet to two-bedroom plans with a den and garden homes of about 1,510 square feet. Some plans have a fireplace and optional in-suite laundry.
Private balconies and patios overlook the treed valley of Lover's Creek, courtyards or landscaped green spaces.
Apartment buildings have two central elevators, coin laundry on each floor, lounges, sprinkler systems and an enter-phone controlled lobby. Units have individually controlled heating and cooling.

The community offers a relaxed mature adult lifestyle with opportunities to socialize in a warm and friendly setting.
A full-time chaplain, who is an ordained Christian minister, offers pastoral care, emotional encouragement and visiting. Residents are free to take part in spiritual activities or not.

Christian activities include a weekly Sunday evening chapel, Communion services, Bible studies and grief support groups. Residents also arrange hymn sings, choirs and Easter and Christmas events.
