Wellspring Memory Care is designed to support independence and well-being with a focus on connection, choice and dignity, and the program has been recognized as an Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Dementia Care Program of Distinction.
Team members in all positions receive Certified Dementia Practitioner training in addition to in-house training. The community works with PowerBack Rehab’s Compass Program to build individual plans for physical strength and well-being.
The community has a dedicated memory care wing with 24/7 memory support and on-site clinic access, and the Connect4Life model coordinates services such as primary care, therapy and pharmacy coordination.
