Rehabilitation covers post-hospital orthopedic and joint replacement care, stroke recovery and amputation rehabilitation, with physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy offered 5 days a week.
Memory care serves people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss in a dedicated neighborhood equipped with WanderGuard, with cognitive programs and specially trained staff.
The social services team assists residents and families during transitions, including care planning and discharge planning.
The staff includes an on-site Medical Director, a Director of Nursing and an on-staff registered dietitian, and laboratory testing and x-rays are provided.
