Each apartment has a walk-out patio or balcony with views of the Fox River or McCullough Park, plus an intercom connecting to the front desk.
Kitchens include a gas stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Bathrooms have a walk-in shower with grab bars and a detachable showerhead.
Dining & meals
Lunch and dinner are included in the monthly rental rate, with three-course meals prepared by the community chef and monthly themed happy hours. Room service is available for an extra fee.

Activities include a walking club, Zumba, yoga, ballet classes, book clubs in the library, board games, arts and crafts, seasonal events, outings to the Paramount Theater and Lunch Bunch trips to local restaurants.
