Orthopedic rehabilitation involves collaboration with a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, dedicated orthopedic nurse practitioners and on-staff physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians.
The peritoneal dialysis program is supported by nurses and CNAs with specialized training and includes nighttime treatment options.
Wound care is led by a certified nurse director and a certified wound specialist who round weekly, with on-site consultations and treatments such as negative pressure therapy and debridement.
Other clinical services include CPAP, BiPAP and AVAPS therapies, hospice and palliative care, psychiatry and psychology services, tracheostomy care and telemedicine.
A home assessment can include a home visit to review accommodations, arrange special equipment and educate family or other caregivers.
