Saint Anne's Terrace is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia, which opened its doors in January 1987. Residents choose from 11 apartment floor plans, from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom, two-bath, with full kitchens, large windows, and utilities, TV and high-speed Internet included. Care & support
Safety features include an emergency call system, a daily welfare check, wheelchair accessibility, a fire sprinkler system and an emergency backup generator.
Courtesy staff are available around the clock, and a 24-hour emergency call service is provided.
Two agencies on site provide rehabilitation therapy and home health aides, and residents may contract with either one or choose their own provider. A wellness clinic and rehabilitation center are also on the campus.

There are 11 floor plans, from a 520-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath to a 1,010-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath, with features such as balconies, bay windows or pantries.
Apartments can be customized, from paint colors and flooring to backsplashes and appliances, and start with high ceilings, quartz countertops, full kitchens and large windows.
Included features are utilities, TV and high-speed Internet, individually controlled AC and heat, a step-in shower, weekly housecleaning and linen service, all maintenance, and a laundry room on each floor.
Everyday life
Scheduled transportation covers shopping, excursions, prebooked personal errands and doctor appointments.
The community's smaller size means staff and residents get to know each other, and residents have a voice in services, amenities and activities.
Dining & meals
Meals are served in a restaurant-style dining room overlooking the grounds. The meal plan includes seven meals a week, with dinner Monday through Saturday and brunch on Sunday.
Dinner offers a choice of entrees, portion sizes, lighter fare, sides and desserts, and the chef refreshes the menu often, welcomes feedback and takes special requests.
A bistro serves homemade soups, salads, breakfast biscuits and deli sandwiches, and meal delivery is available on request.
Activities & connection
Activities include instructor-led exercise classes, yoga, crafts, gardening, line dancing, classical concerts, book and garden clubs, discussion groups and seasonal parties.
Tours, day trips, cultural events, dining experiences and other excursions are offered.
Residents can join a Resident Association and committees for dining, activities and grounds, and take part in intergenerational programs with the neighboring day school.
Shared spaces & amenities
The grounds include a walking path, gazebo and koi pond, along with raised garden beds and artificial turf for lawn games.
Indoor spaces include a large library, card rooms, a fitness and recreation room, a community theater room, a courtyard, patios and a sunroom.
