The Rehabilitation & Recovery Center specializes in transitional care from hospital to home, with 24-hour nursing and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy through HealthPro Rehabilitation, available up to seven days a week.
Skilled nursing services include nutrition counseling from a registered dietitian and wound care for surgical, vascular and diabetic wounds and ostomies. Physicians are on site five days a week, with podiatry and behavioral-health consultations available as needed.
The skilled nursing program also lists pharmacy services, medication management, wheelchair transportation for related medical appointments, and social-service discharge planning.
Rooms & living spaces
Apartment plans include one-bedroom, one-bathroom layouts such as The Braxton, with a den or study, washer and dryer, and private balcony. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom The Harrison plan has a separate guest bedroom, kitchen, washer and dryer, and balcony.
Independent living residents may renovate and decorate their condo as they choose.
