Care & support

Assisted living residents have an on-duty nurse, 24-hour staffing with nightly rounds, medication administration, and help with bathing, dressing and other daily activities.

Memory care is designed for people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other memory loss, with staff who specialize in memory support and a nurse available seven days a week.

The short-term rehabilitation program supports recovery from illness, injury or a medical procedure, and includes a Rehabilitation-to-Home suite with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and washer and dryer to practice daily living.

Rooms & living spaces

Independent living includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment and villa homes in The Manor, The Meadows and The Pavilion, and all apartments are pet friendly.

Assisted living apartments on The Manor's third floor range from studios with kitchenettes to one- and two-bedroom homes with full kitchens.

Memory care offers 44 private rooms with private bathrooms, furnished or with the resident's own furnishings.

Everyday life

Assisted living includes weekly housekeeping and personal and linen laundry services. Independent living includes housekeeping twice a month and weekly linen service.

A shuttle serves the campus and Ann Arbor community routes.

Dining & meals

Assisted living residents have three meals a day from a variety of onsite dining options, and a wine and cheese happy hour is held on Fridays before dinner.

Campus dining spots include the Dobson Bistro at The Pavilion, the Heritage Room at The Manor and the Renaissance Room at The Meadows, and private dining rooms can be reserved for gatherings.

Activities & connection

The activity calendar includes special events, lectures, spiritual programs and worship services, musical programs, movies and receptions.

Memory care programming includes a morning Rise and Shine exercise class.

Shared spaces & amenities

Campus amenities include art galleries, a library, salon, market cafe, wellness center, performance space and a dry cleaner, plus a gift shop, billiards room and game room.

Well-behaved, recently vaccinated dogs are welcome, and campus walking paths are available for walks with pets.
