Apartments are available as studios, one bedroom and two bedroom units, and each apartment has its own private basement storage area.
Rent covers exterior and interior maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal and all utilities including internet and TV.
Everyday life
Weekly apartment housekeeping with a linen change is included.
An on-site general manager and a live-in chaplain and resident advisor are available, and pastoral care is offered.

Heated garage space is available for rent, and a covered carport with head bolt heaters is available free on a first come, first served basis.
