Personal care covers assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility, along with professional medication management. Licensed nursing staff are on site.

Additional services include a wireless call system and safety monitoring, an on-site geriatrician, scheduled transportation for appointments and concierge health services including a mobile podiatrist. Residents may continue with their own physician.

Care plans are developed by a multidisciplinary team and are adjusted as needs change. The care team uses electronic health records and electronic medication administration records.

Short-term respite care offers a temporary stay with the community's meals, activities and services. FOX Rehab operates in the building with a Doctor of Physical Therapy on site, and hospice services are listed.

Private rooms and deluxe private rooms each have one bathroom, and residents can bring their own furnishings.

Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services are included.

Three meals are served daily, with snacks and beverages available throughout the day. Breakfast is made to order, and dinner offers up to nine entrées each night alongside an Always Available Menu.

Menus are approved by a registered dietitian, with heart healthy and low sodium options identified. Special diets such as diabetic, no added salt and mechanical soft are accommodated.

A private dining room can be reserved by residents and families for special occasions, and residents help shape the menu through regular council meetings. The kitchen features Penn Dutch specialties.

Activities include daily fitness and exercise programs, arts and crafts workshops, holiday parties and seasonal celebrations, and live music every Tuesday afternoon. Pianos and an organ are available for entertainment, and regular religious services are held.

Scheduled outing transportation is provided, and community outings take residents around Allentown and the Lehigh Valley. The Wake Up to Wellness program offers daily programming for strength, mobility, balance and cognitive wellness.

Amenities include a beauty salon and barber shop, a multi-purpose activities room, a barbecue patio, a residential kitchen and individual mailboxes. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the building.
