Nursing staff are available 24 hours a day. Services include IV therapy, wound care, dementia care, medication management, pain management, diabetic management and hospice and respite services.
An in-house nurse practitioner works five days a week, in addition to the medical director.
Rehabilitation includes physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy for residents in short-term care, many of whom arrive after surgery, a stroke, a fall or another injury.
A social services team helps residents and families with care planning and discharge planning and can arrange dental, vision, podiatry and audiology services and transportation to appointments.
Dining & meals
Home-style cooked meals and snacks are served, and a registered dietitian is on staff.
