What families see
Your listing appears above the regular results for its care type in your city and is always labeled Sponsored. The card links to your profile and can show a published photo, public phone and an “Ask a question” button when available.
What’s included
- The top spot for your care type in your city, for example Long-Term Care in Boise. Only one facility can hold it at a time.
- A bonus spot on your city’s main page, for example all senior living in Boise. If several care types in a city are sponsored, they take turns there.
- A direct profile link, plus a published photo, public phone and “Ask a question” button when available. Questions appear in your Messages inbox; we also try to email you.
- Your regular listing stays where it is. Sponsorship never changes your normal ranking or the facts on your profile.
How to start
- Create a free provider account
Choose “Operating a care facility” when you sign up.
- Claim your listing
Find your facility and claim it. We confirm you work there, usually within a few business days.
- Choose “Sponsor this listing”
On your dashboard. If the spot is open, you pay securely with Stripe and your listing appears within a few minutes.
Questions
How much does it cost?
$69 a month: USD for listings in the United States, CAD for listings in Canada. You’re billed monthly on the day you started. The price stays the same while you remain subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from “Manage billing” on your dashboard. Your spot stays until the end of the month you’ve paid for and then stops. There’s no contract.
What if the spot for my city and care type is taken?
Each city and care type has one Sponsored spot. If it’s taken, it opens again when that sponsor cancels. Your dashboard shows whether a spot is available.
What happens if a payment fails?
We try to email you when a payment fails. Check your dashboard to see the sponsorship status and manage billing. Your Sponsored spot stays visible for three days while you update your card. After that the Sponsored placement is hidden, and if payment still fails after about a week the sponsorship ends. Your free listing stays visible.
Do you guarantee calls or move-ins?
No. Sponsorship gives your listing the most visible place for families searching your city and care type. Your dashboard shows how many times your listing was viewed and how many families asked questions.
Is a Sponsored listing an endorsement?
No. It is a paid placement and always labeled Sponsored. SeniorClarity does not rate or endorse the quality of care.
